Yoga is one of those incredible forms of exercise that you can easily do at home. There are so many amazing instructors making DVDs and this is my personal list of favorites.

I've always enjoyed the David Swenson Ashtanga yoga DVDs but thanks for the recommendations. I'll have to check out some of these others.
