Are You a Snack Master?

I do believe firmly in snacking and think it's losing its bad reputation. No longer perceived as a way to ruin mealtime, snacking can boost your metabolism and help you through that mid-day slump. Regardless of how you feel about snacking, are you a snack master? Take this little quiz to find out.

Is it me or does mozzarella string cheese sticks not sound like a terribly healthy snack? It just sounds like processed dairy to me....

Great snack ideas! I've always been a HUGE fan of string cheese, people make fun of me that it's "kid food", especially when I was in France it seemed very unsophisticated but I'm proud to know now it's such a healthy snack!

They make organic mozzarella string cheese too, I'm sure that's not processed.

I try my best to snack but its so hard. I would have to stash food everywhere it seems but I have started carrying nuts around with me and making myself eat them every couple hours.

    4/5!

I voted LF cottage cheese in the protein question, instead of the mozzarella sticks.

@cmd0610: organic says nothing about whether something is processed or not. Organic cookies are still plenty processed. I love string cheese regardless though Smiling

I disagree with number 4... or maybe I just grab really big handfuls of almonds Eye-wink

I disagree with measuring nuts by a handful too -- they're very easy to overestimate!
