Nutritional Scoring System
Are you surprise by the Overall Nutritional Quality Index (ONQI) rankings? A few of them threw me for a loop. I must add that in my head I pronounce the abbreviation ONQI as "oinky," similar to the sound pigs make. This entertains me, since the food ranking system is supposed to help us eat healthier foods, and ultimately reach an ideal weight.

Wow, this scale is pretty horrid. Atlantic salmon is terrible and I'm disappointed it ranked so high. Always choose wild (better omega-3:omega-6 ratio, no artificial dyes, not raised in diseased conditions, and better for the environment.) Diet soda is nutritionally devoid, how does it possibly rank near an egg? And pasta (not even whole grain!) is better than a chicken breast? This is even worse than I feared it would be.
