5 Not-So-Healthy Health Foods
Honey
Honey is often used as a sugar substitute but it is still sugar. In fact it contains
22 calories per teaspoon to sugar's 16 calories. Although honey is slightly sweeter you may end up using less of it when substituting for sugar. While honey does have some nutritional value, it should still be viewed as a sugar, not necessarily a health food.

i love oreos and honey!!
1i love granola xD
2You are totally right about the granola. I pointed out the calorie counts to my boyfriend and he was floored. Now he understands why I spend so much time looking at labels. Well, that and my peanut allergy.
3Honey is still more healthy than sugar because it is natural and white refined sugar is essentially crap. I use agave instead of honey because honey bees are becoming extinct due to our overfarming.
4Agave nectar is also a good replacement for honey if you're trying to watch your sugar intake (like me!). It has a lower GI (glycemic index), so it doesn't cause the sugar "spike-and-slump" cycle that sugary foods do.
5I usually get Chirashi (rice and single pieces of sushi only) when I go out for Sushi, so it doesn't come loaded with mayo and all those other unhealthy condiments. Sometimes I'll splurge and get a few rolls, as Chirashi can get pretty pricey!
