Reduced Fat
Eating less fat is generally a healthy thing to do, but "reduced fat" foods generally have added
sugars to make up for the loss of fat. Plus "reduced fat" products don't always contain fewer calories than their regular fat counterparts. Research has shown that
people who snack on "low fat" foods tend to over eat.
