Sushi
I love sushi, but the calories can add up. A piece of
sashimi is generally low in calories, but when you start adding tempura and mayo to your rolls you are entering unhealthy, as well as high calorie, territory. A piece of tuna sashimi contains about 35 calories and a spicy tuna roll contains about 290 calories.

oh wow! i'm ordering sashimi from now on... and to think i thought i was being healthy by ordering the sushi with brown rice.
1A high calorie count does not inherently make a food unhealthy.
2don't knock sushi. it's the people who are unhealthy, i never put mayo on mine, just rice rice, vinegar, sugar, salt, nori, wasabi and fish.
