The Hills Is Back, and They're Fit!

The Hills is back with another season tonight and while I'm slightly embarrassed to say that I am excited to watch it, I do know that many of you outwardly love it. I thought a little recap of the ways we've watched the girls get fit could inspire us to watch the show on the treadmill tonight . . . or maybe not, but don't say I didn't try.

i wonder if we're going to see the girls at the gym with their trainer as much this season. we know that whitney's not dating him - but maybe they'll still be working out to maintain their toned bodies.

I hate this show; all the girls seeem.....'slow'.
They talk and act really messed up or something

I love the show, but I'm starting to let go of the show it needs a new plot or something. LC and I think alike, the way she said luck 7 and 23 Lake rs... that was great!! Fashion sense is what I'm really looking into right now in the show and of course Brody Jenner =)))
