You can find more on YouTube than just hilarious videos. In fact, a friend told me the other day that she just worked out to her computer. When I asked how, she replied, "YouTube."
She proceeded to explain to me that she found a series of Tae Bo workouts all online. I did a little investigating and sure enough you can get in a good Tae Bo workout with the help of your computer. I thought it was such a great idea, so I thought I'd share. Here are the Tae Bo Cardio Billy Blanks workouts in five parts: Part one, part two, part three, part four, and part five. They're each broken up into about ten minute segments, so if you do all five you have a good workout ahead of you.
If you've found any great workouts online, I'd love to know about them. Share your finds below.

That's sweet! You don't even have to buy the DVD's
1awesome! i'm totally going to do that!
2i think that there's so much that you can find on You Tube these days that i'm not surprised . it makes sense right? that way you don't have to go out and invest on some DVDs that you'll lose interest in after a while.
3Im not surprised at all. In fact I learn a few cool ad workouts from Youtube.
4I have looked up some Body Pump videos when I was going to be unable to make a class... it's so helpful!
Somewhat related... I've also looked up salsa/merengue/etc dancing lessons! It's fun! And a little bit of a workout
5i youtube a lot of pilates videos or use it to search for specific exercises.
also, netflix has a ton of work out videos as well.
6It's pretty cool! I discovered Taebo on YouTube some time last year when I was looking to by some of his DVD's. Though, I still have a habit of buying his DVD's, they really work!
7Denise Austin is on there too.
8www.yogatoday.com
Broadcasts daily yoga workouts of all types and levels - everything you can think of from beginner to advanced, ashtanga, kundalini, or body-part specific (such as hip openers) or balance work.
If you sign up for their email list you will get a weekly e-mail schedule letting you know what's coming up for the coming week. They used to have archives where you could download older workouts but I think this is gone due to some sort of licensing issues.
9What a good idea
10Search P90X, some hardcore stuff but it's real good. They have good yoga, abs, plyometrics. It's from the Beachbody folks, you know the same peeps that brought you Hip Hop Abs, one of my fave workouts!!!
11There's actually a personal trainer at my gym in Austin that has a couple downloadable videos on Mindbites (www.mindbites.com). They're great (and he's great). One caveat is that the videos aren't free - course, they're less than $2, so the cost is negligible. Plus, you can download the videos and keep them forever (on your hard drive or accessible online via mindbites). It's a neat way for folks to try to sell their knowledge base online - and, I'm happy to pay a mom-and-pop type individual for some solid instruction. Anyhow, you can find Shawn's videos from his author page at: http://www.mindbites.com/person/27-ShawnB
12I love to watch the buff people do tough exercises. Check out this dude doing a variety of burpees: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tmc08e2Ghg. I don't 'work out' with those buff people videos since I can't even do a girlie push up yet, much less these crazy Marine exercises but it's so cool to watch. It's totally inspiring.
And speaking on online work outs, check out The One Hundred Push Up challenge if you're interested in some upper body strength.
I found my current gym through YouTube videos so I think it's a great marketing tool, too.
13Oh! Also, SparkPeople has a lot of great resources, both in exercises routines and diet advice. They have lots of videos posted on YouTube, plus their site is totally free and chock full of good stuff. I've been doing this one lately for the lower bod.
14I have trouble motivating myself to do abs, so I love doing my ab workouts along with YouTube!
