For #1 and 2, they may have the most fiber/protein, but those cereals are also processed, artificial foods (yes, I know GoLean is delicious, but its true). GoLean also has a lot of sugar. I would go with the oatmeal with blueberries and the eggs, that way you know exactly whats going into your body and making your systems happy! You can always make up the nutrients later in the day - I don't know how great it is to blast your body with so much fiber early in the morning. Is there such a thing as being too regular?
