After tonight's opening ceremonies for the Olympics, the competition starts almost immediately and gymnastics are no exception. The men's qualifying rounds start Saturday, and unfortunately Morgan Hamm will not be competing. Yesterday he joined his twin Paul, a gold medalist in 2004 games, on the injured list and is out due to an ankle injury. The men's gymnastic team will carry on and I am sure it will prove exciting.

When I asked a while back, you all were most fired up about gymnastics, I thought I would post the general schedule of those events so you can watch or at least set up your TiVo.

a guy I graduated from high school with is the captain of the men's gymnastics team. So surreal. Go Kevin Tan!
1I love the women's team finals. Can't wait!!
2Thanks, Fit. Even though general, this is quite helpful. I'm such a fan of gymnastics.
3I love gymnastics! When I was a kid, I'd pretend to compete in floor exercises.
4I love gymnastics! I just had to watch all watch the gymnastics programs as a kid.
5When I still had shooting as a hobby, I met most of those shooters that are now in the olympics team (including the one who carried the flag). Despite that, I've always preferred to watch gymnastics
6The 88 olympics inspired me to become a gymnast....and then a growth spurt two years later when I was six inspired me to leave gymnastics.
7I love gymnastics! I went to UGA with some of the 2004 Olympians.
8Just what I needed! Thanks!
9Hell yeah! Gymnastics is the best! Followed closely by swimming.
10Yay! Thanks. I was just thinking "I wish Fit would post the Olympics schedule so I'll know when to watch gymnastics."
