I'm all for promoting peace and positive energy, but this world's going to need a whole lot more than these H2Om water bottles. Fusing the chemical symbol for water, H2O, with the sound of the universe, "om," makes for a pretty catchy product name. And this is water with intention — not water infused with fruit juice, vitamins, electrolytes, or anything else you'd expect to pay extra for. And no, it won't help you with your yoga or meditation practice. H2Om is all about the idea that if a person thinks positive thoughts, then drinks this water that the vibrations of their thoughts will spread through the universe and make the world a better place. Hmm . . .

On their website, they even go on to explain that "water exposed to loving words and music showed brilliant, and complex crystallized patterns under the microscope at near freezing temperatures. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts and words, formed incomplete, asymmetrical patterns." I'm not sure where they got their "data" from, but it's just a little too out there for me. I think their slogan above is really sweet, and I do believe that changes and ideas are first born in your thoughts and that your mind is a powerful tool, and I do hate to be a party pooper, but I'm just not buying this bottled water.

wow, they're really scraping the barrel for new ways to seel overpriced water.

2BS. Plus, aren't plastic bottles bad for the environment? I'll think positive thoughts while drinking the water I have available at home.
3that's just ridiculous
4WOW... why can't I just drink water from my reusable water bottle and think good thoughts? Thanks but no thanks
5this is worse than BLING h2o. people are soooo cheap these days to try and look expensive.
6This is the straight up stupidest thing I may have ever heard.
7Wow.... That's sad. So almost-frozen water shows signs of being almost frozen? What good data!
8Lmao, wwwwhat?
9well i think that there are always people out there who will go for products if they sound like they are of a higher level of being...and i think t that's what the manufacturer is hoping for. to me - i think that it's a bunch of crap - but hey - i may not be their target.
10....LOL
11They got their 'data' from a guy named Masaru Emoto, who wrote a book called 'The Miracle of Water.' It was all the rage in Souther California a couple of years ago and I heard him speak. I don't really buy it - it's more an 'idea that sounds good' than a 'good sound idea,' but it appeals to some people.
12Is masaru emoto the same guy that made the water crystallization slides in "What the Bleep do we know?"
13wow ... this is a new level of dumb
14Hi,
thanks for mentioning H2Om. My name is Lex I am the founder of the company. I guess we're still not explaining it properly. The interactive part of the water is you. Our slogan is "think it while you drink it." You use the positive words on the label as a tool to remind you to keep the focus of your thoughts on positive energies such as Gratitude, Prosperity and Love. If you have seen any of the science journals that came out of Stanford and Penn State in 2006, or movies that relate to quantum physics like "What the Bleep do we Know?!" then you'll have seen the studies illustrating the concept that "Water is Receptive". Water shows significant changes in it's crystaline structure when exposed to specific stimuli (like music, or words). (Go to www.hado.net to see some of the images that a Japanese water researcher named Masaru Emoto photographed. pretty cool stuff).
Anyway, we thought if water does have a receptivity quality to it, then let's, as a bonus, make sure that the positive words were on the inside of the label, and let's play frequencies that health practitioners have been using for centuries, to the water once it’s in the bottle. Sounds a bit wacky, but I have seen the science behind it and I believe that it sure couldn't hurt to be supporting positive energy on the planet.
H2Om is pure mountain spring water. No flavors or additives. And it costless at the stores than most other waters.
It's about creating positive thoughts and resonating those on the planet. And yes, any water will do. Now, if you drink filtered municipal water, you can even focus on the pharmaceuticals, and birth control medicine in it. I prefer natural spring water. positive thoughts are good to have if you can sort them out from cynical sarcastic disbelief that most of us are programed to have. But I honor your right to believe whatever you choose. I find that believing in things that provide me with possibilities and wonder excite me. And what if water is receptive, we are made of water, we live on a water planet. I certainly "feel" different when someone says "I love you" to me, as opposed to them saying, "fu@k you". I "get" the vibe. So now, with H2Om, I am reminded to create the "vibe". Do it with a glass of milk if you prefer. H2moo.
Thanks ☺
15Oh, we get it, watermanlex, we just aren't buying your gimmicky product. It's extremely hypocritical. How can you have bottled water based on positive thoughts when the whole idea of bottled water is so wasteful? How can I love myself, while hating the environment? How can I have perfect health while polluting the earth? What good is prosperity if there's no earth to enjoy it in? Drinking your water is a very selfish act.
I'll stick to my reusable water bottle. My body and the environment will be grateful.
16Ok, I do know that water molecules respond to radiation (like microwaves, etc.), but music and words? Please. This is about as stupid as it gets. I'm not buying it...I'd rather just fill my water bottle with good ol' filtered water even if no one sings to it.
17I'm even more sure that this is ridiculous after reading watermanlex's post. Thanks for the reassurance.
18ditto tlsgirl.. I only skimmed over that to figure out I don't care to waste my time reading that.
19This bottle water gimmick sounds like hustlenomics 101
20HA wow LOL
21too bad the coment section of this blog is monitored and edited. maked for a very biased opinion.

25Waterman, you can word it anyway you like... It won't change the fact that we seem to think it is a crock of .......
26thanks for your "happy place" comment.
I'm glad you've united as a group.
It must be really cool to be a part of such an open minded community. Jasmav, I presume you and your friends are all vegan.
And that you don't support the dairy or meat industry. Or use any products that use animal byproducts, like the photo that represents you on this site, of the leather shoe.
it astounds me how far all of you are willing to go to "poo poo" a product that is diligently working to bring about awareness while providing safe, clean water, in safe 100% recyclable plastic at a price less than most drinking water available.
I wish you luck, and an open mind, in all of your future endeavors.
27And now... I am going to meditate over a glass of wine.
28I'm pretty sure we're all okay with inexpensive, safe, and clean water, watermanlex. The problem that we seem to have, at least the problem that I have, is that H2OM is making claims that are based on evidence that has been criticized for failing to use methods supported by the scientific community. You can say what you'd like, but the fact is that you don't have solid evidence showing that your positive vibe water is any better than the water that I get from my tap purifier, which costs less and pollutes less. Carbon offsets or not, reusable plastic bottles are going to be better for the environment, and I bet that the water that they hold will respond just as well to happy thoughts.
29:roflmao: now that's funny. Hand over some of that wine and I'll think about world peace.
anything to make a buck these days...eh
30There is a lot of science behind the connection between our thoughts and our physical, emotional well being. There are several new books and films out on the subject.
Check out "A New Earth" by Eckart Tolle, Oprah recommends it. Also the Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer.
I do a lot of volunteering for eco non profits and PET1 plastic is a safe, reusable plastic. BPA and Phlalate Free. There are more harmful chemicals in the Kraft Cheese and makeup promoted on this site.
I actually wish there were more companies like H2Om in the world promoting positive energy and giving back to help heal the planet. The world needs this right now.

That is a picture of a vegan shoe--it's a Te Casan by Natalie Portman shoe. I will admit that I occasionally eat dairy products when I eat out, but I have been a vegetarian for the last 12 years and I eat a vegan diet at home. I am an amazing vegan baker & cook. I don't expect people or companies to be perfect all the time, but a company that's philosophy is based on doing good for the earth when it's product is the epitome of wastefulness just blows my mind.
