Me, I love to exercise because after a good workout, I feel amazing. It does occur to me, however, that not everyone loves it. So I am curious, do you like working out?

I don't always love grinding out a workout - but holy cow, do I feel good afterward! And it sure is nice to get back in my skinny pants.
1I love working out!
2i feel positively invigorated. it makes the rest of the day seem better. i don't know. maybe i'm nuts
3nope you're not nuts.
I can tell what a big difference in energy I have, if I don't
go to the gym for 3 days.
4I never want to do it, but I'm glad I did once I actually get into it (right after warm-up usually).
5I think i exercise so I can eat more food.
6I love working out when i get into it, but i can never push myself to get off my ass.
I've fallen hard. He's so cute when he smiles.
7I've joined the gym at uni recently but only managed to go about 4 times. I seemed to keep it up ok for a while but then once I didn't go one time it was easier to not go the next time.. and the next.. and the next..
8smartypants you read my mind I feel exactly the same way.
9if i'm not working out 3 or more times a week, I don't like to work out...too much inertia. I mean I like it once I'm into the workout, but I dread heading to the gym, pool or putting on my running shoes.
If I'm on a good routine working out several times a week, I look forward to the workouts.
10I don't hate it... It's just hard and I guess anything thats worth having never comes easy. Things in life are just too easily attainable I guess so I'm just not used to the feeling of pushing myself. I love it when I'm done though - it's the best feeling and far outweighs the temporary delight of eating chocolate
11I LOVE working out but I have poor commitment. I have to have my gym as close to me as possible or else I just do not want to go. Last year when I was living in the dorm we had a gym in the building so I went all the time. Now I have to try a little further out to go. I try going mostly on the weekends cause lets face it I have nothing better to do.
I love the day after you had a good workout and you have sore muscles letting you know you really worked them.
12i love to work out, but im never motivated enough to go. when i have my mind set to it i will... but sometimes im feeling lazy and wont go for like a month :S. i recently went to the fitness depot and got those little rubber resistence bands so i can work out at home when im feeling to lazy to go over the the gym... it seems to keep me on schedual. But now, i feel like i want to work out all the time, which isnt always the best thing either because i wont want to study or do other things...
13I work out almost everyday. I love it. I'm addicted to endorphins. I feel really blah and gross when I skip the gym for a few days, probably because my diet is higher cal than most women, so the weight can pile on pretty quickly if I don't go to the gym reguarly. The best feeling is stepping out of a hot shower after a good workout. Ahhh...!
14I don't love it.... but I don't hate it either. I know I feel better after I've done it, but I seem to lack the discipline to do it on a regular basis.
15Ditto Michelle_S. But once I finally get my butt moving, I always feel much better!
16i love it but...
its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to start...
17smartypants said it best--I feel exactly the same way!!
18I don't LOOOVE it but it feels good to have a long run.
