Iron helps your body use energy and if you're running low on iron you're going to feel tired. Eating a high-in-iron chicken thigh is a better option than breast meat. Also, pumpkin seeds are really high in iron making them a great midafternoon snack.
Wow. I thought all chicken was good. I didn't realize a chicken thigh was better than a chicken breast. Hmm...Too bad most chicken strips are breasts...
