Forward Bends
There are so many poses out there that fall into the forward bend category, such as
Standing Forward Bend,
Head to Knee,
Seated Straddle, and
Wide-Legged Forward Bend A. If these kinds of poses that stretch your hamstrings and lower back are your faves, it means that you are introspective, self-reflecting, and a lover of quiet time. Bending forward also has to do with looking into the past.
