You should aim to eat 25 to 30 grams of fiber daily, and since many breakfast cereals are made with whole grains and fruit it is easy to eat a significant portion of fiber in the first meal of the day. Nature's Path just came out with a new cereal called Pumpkin Raisin Crunch ($4.29). To find out how much fiber it contains per serving read more.
Just one 3/4-cup serving contains a whopping 9 grams of fiber. That's sure to help you reach your fiber goal for the day, and keep you regular, too. The flakes are slightly sweet and crunchy, and the clusters made from oats, puffed rice, and flax seeds is where all the pumpkin flavor resides. I liked that the flavor of this cereal wasn't overbearing and that it had just the right amount of spice to it. I was also impressed that each serving contains 650mg of omega-3s and 6 grams of protein. This cereal gets an A from me for flavor and nutrition.

I tried this. I really liked the nutritional profile, taste was pretty good for a high-fiber cereal and liked the texture.
1i saw this and was going to buy it, but didn't know if it was pumpkin-y enough for me...i'll probably try it though.
2Sounds good
3This stuff is yummy with soy milk! it's a better deal if you get it at costco.
4oh, i love this cereal. at walmart it's about $3.00, not $4.29.
5I LOVE all Nature's Path cereal, especially the pomegranate granola, and the blueberry flax.
6It's kind of pricey for me...I think I'll get my fiber from my oatmeal. This might be good for a special treat sometimes though.
7OMG This sounds sooo good. I love pumpkin, but I'm not very fond of raisins.
8I had to give this ceral a try. If you are buying it for that great pumpkin taste...do NOT waste your $$. Very disappointing, absolutely NO PUMPKIN FLAVOR
9*cereal
10the raisins are incredibly hard in this cereal, i can't even chew them up without making my jaw sore after a whole bowl! I just usually spit them out and throw them away. The only thing I dread about this cereal.
