2Not bad. I think most americans concentrate too much on protein. Its really not that hard to get the RDA. I recently cut way back on my meat consumption and I'm having no problem meeting my RDA still.
3I agree that people focus too much on protein and are likely to eat more than they need, which doesn't necessarily benefit a person.
4Wow I just learned so much from that little quiz. I had no idea women needed that much protein a day. I will have to start paying attention to how much I'm eating.
5The cottage cheese I eat is lowfat and has 11g of protein... I was sure I had a 100!
6I got the cottage cheese question right but the kind that I eat only has 15 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. What kind of cottage cheese contains that much per serving?
7the link on the cottage cheese question says it has 28 grams per 1 cup serving, which puts 1/2 cup at 14 grams - i think that's probably correct
8OMG I did horrible. I know nothing about protein. Two of them I got wrong I had orginally selected the correct answer and then thought about it and changed it. Awww man.
9wow i guess i didn't know as much as i thought it did, lol. no excuse or anything but how much do you really need to know about foods you dont eat? now get some questions about veggies and fruit and things of that sort and let's try this again...
