I'd like the pretend that the last 3 months have been a plateau, but I just haven't been working out as hard and have definitely been eating a lot more. I need to get back on track.
Thankfully I haven't gained all that much back.
Yeah I'd also like to pretend that the past months have been a plateau.. I need to focus more on my bad snacking habits. I always think that a few candies won't hurt but in reality it's a few
candies several times a day hah.
I voted for eating out even though I have NOT passed my two month plateau, but I KNOW that I have this plateau because of my eating out. Eating out during lunch at work is dangerous for me. I
mean, I make healthy choices, but sometimes I just don't want Subway. More often then not.

1i'm at this point but I do most of this already. Looks like I need to get salad stuff and take a spinning class!

3Great tips! I have hit a plateau but I'm trying to mix up my exercising more, I think adding variety and trying new types of workouts really helps.
