1I interval train everyday and let me tell you, it's such an amazing workout! It's really hard but your heart is pumping the whole time.
2I've just started interval training and it's TOUGH! But I've hit a MAJOR plateau so I needed some boost. But I love my green tea!!!! And I love breakfast! Oatmeal, egg whites and green tea every day! YUM!
3I like having green tea anyway even if it didn't do anything like that. It's kind of nice that it does actually do a little though.
4I didn't know that about dehydration. Time for a big glass of water!
5I drink at least 10 cups of green tea a day in the winter/fall just because I love it so much. I try to get in at least 2 a day in the summer, but I also take green tea supplements. And I can't do without breakfast > scrambled egg whites, ezekiel 4.9 raisin bread and blueberries.
