Ingredients
1 cucumber
Reduced fat cream cheese
Whole grain baguette
Directions
- Slice the baguette into half inch slices.
- Smear cream cheese on each piece.
- Slice cucumber into quarter inch slices.
- Top one cucumber slice on top of the cream cheese.
- If you like dill, you can sprinkle some on top. Enjoy!

This also works great with some of the flavored cream cheeses, or mix 1 packet of dry italian dressing mix into the cream cheese. Rye bread works nice too, especially if you use the little square cocktail rye, it makes for a very easy hor d'oeuvre.
