Winter for me down here, but I'm pretty focused on shaping up for summer. Been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred - loving my circuit training right now.
1Unfortunately, it's easier for me to be active outside in the winter than summer here. It's just so oppressively hot I hate being outdoors unless I'm in the pool.

3I am going to try this. Seems totally doable. I hate / love jump squats.
4im having ankle surgery in three days so i need a workout that wont involve me using me legs though.... that'll be impossible right? any ideas people?
i have about a stone to lose(10 pounds) before the 3rd of august... dont
say its impossible!!!
