Double Pigeon. You want your shins parallel, and your ankles and knees stacked on top of each other. Keep your torso straight over your hips, or to deepen the stretch, walk your hands out in front of you. Move slowly because this pose is very intense. Stay for five breaths and then step back into
Downward Facing Dog. Now repeat this sequence on the left side.
