Ughhhhhh...pollen makes me crazy! The source of my misery in the spring and summer.
1Is there a way to keep track of the local pollen counts? During hayfever season in Japan, this information is included in the local, regional, and national weather reports. It's really convenient to figure when when to up the dosage on meds or carry some extra tissues.
