8Sometimes when it's really hot, I'll make a frozen banana "shake". Freeze a banana, peel it, put it in the blender with 1/2 cup of skim milk, 2-3 ice cubes, and maybe a teaspoon of honey or sugar if you like it sweeter. Blend it up and enjoy...it's just like a milkshake!
9this is more of an autumn flavor, but if you cut, peel, and core an apple, microwave it with cinnamon, splenda (or sugar, etc), and a bit of brown sugar, it tastes like apple pie filling.
