I'm a huge fan of yogurt and granola, and this new Bear Naked Granola has the word "fit" in the name, so I was curious to try some.

I am guessing this granola is "fit" because it's low in fat. But how does it taste and compare to regular Bear Naked Granola? To find out read more.

As you can see, the Bear Naked Fit Granola has fewer calories, less fat, and slightly less sugar. It contains slightly more carbs though. All in all, there isn't a huge difference between the two, and they're both healthy because they're made with whole oats, ground flax seed, and brown rice syrup (instead of white sugar). Personally I prefer the Fit granola because it was really flavorful and lighter tasting. I was really impressed with the amount of whole almonds, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries — this granola definitely doesn't skimp out. I would definitely recommend trying both flavors because they were equally as tasty.

Good find. I am going to make sure my husband starts eating the fit rather then the regular. He will come home from a hockey game and eat like half a bag. Boy has no self control, so small steps help
1Is it less sweet than regular granola? Because I find most storebought granola to be really sweet tasting...which is why if I ever want granola, I usually make a batch of my own. But this stuff sounds pretty good and if I ever want granola in a pinch, I'd probably try this.
2I've had the vanilla almond and loved it!! I'll have to look for the other flavor, I haven't seen it at the store yet.
3I love the fit vanilla almond... tastes great in vanilla or plain yogurt... my fav... yummy!
4Yummy! I would like to try the Vanilla/Almond flavor.
5man, this stuff is so good... i would eat the whole bag if i could..
6i believe this isn't available in the UK but would love giving the vanilla one a try, no other bits in there by the look of things. i guess i should really think abotu making my own.
7Yum, I need to go grocery shopping after work...I will have to pick some up!
8that's still a lot of calories for only 1/4 cup!
9I wish that there were nut-free vanilla flavored things! I love vanilla SO much, but I'm very, VERY allergic to tree nuts.
