Lol! I only drink water, sugar-free Red Bull and Powerade Zero. SOooo... I did REALLY badly on that.
1Wow, that was hard. I was torn on the first one, Apple juice is sooo sweet. But the fact that Silk has less sugar than skim milk? that was really surprising, since it tastes so much sweeter to me...
2Gatorade is also acidic, despite the large amounts of salts and sugars (electrolytes) in its makeup. Learned that back in high school.
But I still love my Grape Propel...lol
3Drinking water when you have the chance really is much better for you in the long run imo.
Then you don't have to worry about the sugar level.s
4A agree with you NatureMadeLisa. Water is better for you in the long run. I love my soda but I enjoy a large glass of super cold apple juice more.

I actually quite dislike most commercially produced beverages and juices. Its amazing how unhealthy they can be for you, I'm glad I don't drink any of these. I prefer soda water with lemon or lime, or home-made sugar free iced tea.

8Sure, water is best for hydration, but there's nothing wrong with supplements. Drink Purple, for example. It's got great taste, is high in antioxidants and celebs are downing it like... well, water. It's good for you, and it's natural.
9I got 2/4, I guess I don't really know much about sugar content. Then again, I have to admit, I still like the taste of most sodas. I try to stick to mostly water and juice, but I still drink soda from time to time.

11I always drink water. I don't like fizzy drinks/soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate or any hot drink really, so it makes it very easy! I do like fruit juice but I always assume when I have it (rarely) that it is packed full of sugar.
I actually do find water the tastiest thing
12I can't live without my glass of juice in the morning. however, it's one thing to drink 10% juice product and 100% juice. IF you are going to drink it, you should go with 100% juice...and luckily Oceanspray has out a 100% juice, no sugar added cranberry juice that tastes, JUST LIKE normal cranberry juice cocktail. It's amazing. I have a glass with my instant cheese grits every morning!!!! lol
