Who says your workouts have to be at the gym or when the sun is shining? You can exercise into the night too. Since we all tend to stay up late on the weekends anyway, grab a friend or your partner and go out for a night of dancing. I'm not saying you have to go clubbing till 3 a.m., but it's a great way to spend your time for an hour or two after dinner (it sure beats sitting on the couch). You'll work your entire body, especially your hips, quads, and booty. Not only that, but one hour of dancing burns 266 calories. What a fun way to burn off that late night slice of pizza.

Even better...go WORK in a nightclub...the lbs will literally melt off of you:)
1what kind of dancing?
2I love going to western bars like Wild West (in Houston TX) or Midnight Rodeo (Austin TX) and two step! It's easy to learn, and its so cute and fun! By the end of the night, you're pretty worn out. I highly recommend it to you ladies, if there are any country western bars around town
3I used to love to go dancing when I was single. So much fun and you burn a ton of calories.
4Oh this is my fav workout...and yes I used to go clubbing until 3 am and then the after party with more dancing...I miss you home!!! I used to be so sore the next day but while dancing you dont even realize.
5i actually did this on friday night. my bf and i and another couple went to dinner and then went to the local club and danced it was fabulous and no getting drunk necessary
6really??!! I went out friday and saturday night for the Grand Prix Weekend and I spent 6 hours dancing.
7A night of dancing with the girls is fun!
8I did this this weekend in Austin. Danced all night and had so much fun! oh, how I love gay clubs!
9Nothing beats dancing like nobody's watching. One of my life goals is to attain this ability sans alcohol.
Oh and leather pants (pleather works too) are a godsend for water retention.
