I have nothing against water. I drink it all day long. Occasionally I need more flavor than just plain water. The dilemma then becomes, what to choose? There are many options that seem healthy, but how to choose. Well I decided to compare the Revive flavor of Vitamin Water with a Wild Berry Juice Squeeze by Crystal Geyser.

To see how these two drinks compare, just read more.
| Wild Berry Juice Squeeze (12 FL oz.) | Revive Vitamin Water (20 FL oz.) | |
| Serving size | One bottle | 8 ounces |
| Calories | 130 | 50 |
| Sugar | 30 g | 13 g |
| Sodium | 0 | 0 |
| Vitamin C | 40% RDI* | 40% RDI |
| Vitamin B12 | 40% RDI | 20% RDI |
*RDI=Recommended Daily Intake
Both drinks are fortified with vitamin B 12, but the Vitamin Water contains three other B vitamins as well as 350 mg of potassium per bottle, or 140 mg per serving. The main difference in ingredients is the Juice Squeeze is made from 70 percent juice and has no added sugar, but the Vitamin Water is mostly water and contains only one percent juice and is sweetened with crystalline fructose and cane sugar. The Vitamin Water is considerably less sweet, which I prefer, but is not carbonated and I miss the bubbles. Taking all that into consideration, I must say I prefer the Vitamin Water but I'd definitely drink the bottle, all two and a half servings of it, in one sitting. What about you? Do you have a preference between these two drinks? Tell me in the comments section below.

Fit that's what gets me too, the serving size. I'd drink that water in one sitting and that equals more calories. I hate how that is sometimes.
But overall I would go with vitamin water too.
1My husband works for vitaminwater so i am a bit partial
2Vitamin water!!
3Who decides what a serving size is?
In Germany we have everything in 100 ml or 100g - that makes comparing calories that much easier...
4I've never tried the "Juice Squeeze," but I LOVE Vitamin Water!! It's so tasty!!
5I love Vitamin Water, so please, ahaynes, don't hate me. But I recently saw this article and was a little astonished.

I recently cut all sodas (both regular and diet) out of my eating habits, and am feeling better for it. Vitamin Water was one I was relying on, but not as much as usual anymore.
6No worries duffy, I usually only have one with a meal for the flavor. I know the sugar, while crystalline fructose, is sugar just the same. I usually keep a smartwater by my side at all times
I'm sad about the link you sent though, I love jamba juice!!!
7I used to drink Vitamin Water like it was going outta style, but it really has far too much sugar. I'm not a fan of liquid calories. I'd rather drink regular water and enjoy those calories in solid form.
8I'm a water girl and drink juice (or juicy-water) rarely. I've tried Vitamin Water once and didn't like it, but I'll go for cranberry juice on an airplane. Juice Squeezes are good, especially that carbonation! If I need something exra after working out, I'll go for watered-down gatorade.
9I have issues with caloric beverages. LOL
10neither.... both have way too much sugar for me. i'd pour crystal light lemonade mix in regular water.
11I love adding what is called Real Lemon its crystalized lemon and u add it to your water and it tastes just like you squeed a real lemon in it. i also use it to sprinkle on fish, veggies...
12ooohh where do u get that from Stupidaasscat?.... LOL.... your name makes me giggle hehehe
13I don't drink any "water" that has calories in it.
