23/4 I knew the new guidelines recommended more than five servings of fruits and veggies, but thirteen? Eating just over three pounds of fruits and vegetables per day would definitely make a difference in your health since there wouldn't be room for anything else other than water!
3Funny how right under this quiz I saw an advertisement for Chili's "Bottomless Lunch" with "unlimited refills" Haha.
4The veggies question is kind of a trick! For some veggies a serving is 1 cup raw (eg, lettuce) or 1/2 cup cooked. So it depends on what veggies and if they're cooked or not.
5Wow I did bad. I need to keep on with my portion control but steer towards veggies and lean protein.
6The answer to number 4 is wrong! Per the American Dietetic Association guidelines a serving of cheese is 1 1/2 oz!
