Halle Berry, just two months after giving birth to her daughter, looks fabulous. Of course we're all curious what she is doing to look so great and People recently revealed that credit is due to her trainer Ramona Braganza's, who also trains Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway, workout plans. Here are highlights from what a days workout would look like for Halle:

The Oscar winner, 41, works out with trainer Ramona Braganza for one hour, five days a week. Together they go through Braganza's 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout, comprised of three cardio segments, two circuit segments, and one core segment.

Cardio is accomplished either on the elliptical, a kickboxing segment, doing stairs, or a hill climb. The circuit is a daily strength-training segment that combines three body areas with some sort of leg workout. Core work includes abdominal, lower-back and pelvic-floor exercises. Stretching is also a vital part of every workout.

There's more about her diet so read more.

In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and drinking a large quantity of water. She is said to be most knowledgeable when it comes to what goes into a healthy diet.

While I do love Halle and think this program sounds like a reasonable one with some great tips, it's still important to remember that she is a celebrity and can spend a lot of time and money getting back into shape. The rest of us have to go about it the best we can.

She doesn't look all that great to me - her thighs and legs are huge, she still has a gut. Maybe a few months from now but not yet.

Wow, she's really getting on that "losing the baby weight" thing fast. Most people have to, ya know, TAKE CARE OF THEIR BABY after they have one. Actors don't have to worry about that because they all have personal nannies for their kids. Must be a nice luxury.

Their is no secret to looking good after a baby. You have to eat healthy and exercise. The best way to stay in shape is to stay fit while pregnant. Then you don't have to work as hard getting into shape after the baby.

It's hard for me as it is to work out during the week and i'm not even a mom (or married) yet! Can't imagine trying to get back in shape while taking care of a baby, husband and a house at the same time...we'll see!

I really liked Jennifer Garner's approach to losing the baby weight. She said at first it just wasn't a priority because why would she want to be in the gym when she could be spending time with her baby! I think the first two months after baby, the weight loss focus should just be spent eating right, and maybe some light walking. Other than that you are just trying to get some sleep adn adjust to taking care of a newborn! Months 3-6 could be the months when one gets serious about dropping the baby weight. I know that a child is going to benefit from having healthy mother, and the sooner you lose the weight the more likely it is to come off.... but I still wouldn't give up the first months. But that is just my perspective on the issue.

Go ahead Halle you look good preggers or not! All women don't have to wait if she felt like she wanted her body back faster than another woman then so what. If she were to put on lbs. then people would have something to say about that too. In celebs eyes they will always do something wrong to someone, somewhere.

I saw recent pictures of her out and about...And well, she still looks pregnant. I honestly couldn't tell whether it was because of the camera angle or not, but she had a very big belly that made her look like she didn't give birth at all!

Lol @ people saying Halle look huge!

So basically we have people saying she's still "huge" and needs to work out more, and we have others who think it's not a good thing to start working out so early because she has a newborn baby.Question...

What the hell is she supposed to do? People are never satisfied.

You can see that she's losing the weight slowly and is not doing anything too extreme, which is a great thing and i doubt she's abandoning her daughter, give the woman a break.

First off, she's diabetic, which means for her HEALTH she needs to be in shape. She's spoken on that before.

Secondly, that picture was taken from such an angle that it got her front and side thigh at once. It would make anyone look bigger than they are. But if you need to think she's fat to be able to deal with yourself, then so be it. She is wearing a t shirt AND sweatshirt and if oyou actually look athte pic you an see the space between the shirt and the sweatshirt...NO BELLY. Again, if you need to see one in order to be able to sleep at night, that is YOUR issue, no one else's.

Next, she has kept a low profile both when pregnant and after having the baby. She's been photographed with her child. But of course, you need to see it to believe it...how sad. She has wanted this child fro so long, she is the last person who would leave her with a nanny. If you actually read about her you'd know this.

She is a beautiful, successful, talented, wealthy woman who has worked hard through a lot of bad to get where she is. Maybe if those of you spewing nasty thoughts about her worked half as hard as she has to be happy you WOULD be happy and wouldn't have to make such childish comments.

As a pregnant personal trainer and pilates instructor AND as a mother to a very active 2-year-old boy (oh, and a full-time student), I can say that getting back in shape after having a baby has nothing to do with your career and what kind of trainier you can afford. It is a matter of ones level of commitment. I was exhausted after having my son (and still am, as he is quite a handful), and being a Navy wife made it no easier as I was alone with my son most of the time. As any military wives out there know, our husbands certainy don't do what they do for the money, and even though I do have the traiing, I am still a young trainer and would have loved to have had someone to help me with my goals. I had only me and I had to do it myself. Going for walks/jogs and strength training at home requires about 4-5 hours a week (out of an available 168), and eating healthy is something we can all do. Halle Berry looks amazing for a new mom, but so can other women who don't have a successful acting career. You don't need a trainer and a dietician to tell you what to do for yourself, and you don't have to be a trainer, yourself. There are plenty of resources out there for us to use, and leading a healthy lifestyle is not as challanging for us non-celebs as we try to make ourselves believe it is. Kudos to her for all of her hard work, becuase something I have learned as a traininer is that, as the saying goes, you can take a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. We can all make the decision to do what she has done, or we can decide not to. It's as simple as that.
