Does anyone know when they compile these lists if they include items that have HFCS, other fake sugars, or hydrogenated oils?
I have just been finding in my own quest to make shopping easier, alot of these lists include items that have those ingredients.
I just hate it when things are labeled as "natural" and then you read the label and it turns out to have all sorts of bad things for you.
2They have thomas's bagels on the list but they should have thomas's multi grain english muffins with 100 calories and 8 grams of fiber! I have one every morning with pb.
Also Mission has tortilla wraps with 110 calories and 11 grams of fiber. They taste good and don't fall apart.
I'm a fiber nut lol.
3The original source listed things like Nature Valley granola bars under the "most healthy snacks". Most Nature Valley products that I've seen DO (if I recall) have some HFCS. I'd still be careful and look at the label yourself before you buy anything.
