I eat half of these (spinach, skim milk, nuts, and oranges) almost daily (spinach/walnut/strawberry salads are the BEST! & I have that at least every other day w/lunch or dinner).
Oatmeal--about once a week, but salmon & avocado almost never. I definitely stress about stuff though...
i eat most of these pretty frequently...and have had all of them within the past week...maybe that explains my complete lack of concern during finals week...

i make a salad that has spinach, avocado, and walnuts in it. So I guess i'm doing well with that. Although I still get stressed often......
1I eat all of these foods regularly except oranges. And I drink 1% milk instead of skim.
Salmon, avocados, spinach, and almonds are foods that I buy every week at the grocery store.
2i tend to eat all those foods throughout the week and yet i am one stressed out gal. :\
3A nice glass of skim milk is amazing!
