You all know that you should be eating at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day and some health practitioners even suggest upwards of nine servings.     I did badly but what difference does that make when I make sure to eat fruit. I'm not eating pears though. I really don't like them. I'll gladly have lots of all 3 of those berries which I like to call nature's candy.

    1!! that explains a lot, I'm obviously eating the wrong fruit! but I am glad kiwifruit has a lot of fibre, I have a whole bag at the moment. (why do you Americans call them kiwis? thats a bird! its a kiwifruit because it looks like the bird- round and brown!)
