Celebrate International No Diet Day — an annual celebration of body acceptance and diversity — by declaring a one-day leave of absence from weight obsession. Quit worrying about the enchiladas and margaritas you had yesterday. Enjoy yourself. Love yourself. And above all, keep away from that miserable diet.

oh, i'll be celebrating.
1this is a great idea, but i prefer to save my "no diet" days for special occasions like my birthday. maybe i'll celebrate it when i go to my grandma's for mother's day this sunday-she makes amazing desserts.

10Good idea for a day. I'm still sticking to my weight watchers way of eating. It's not exactly a diet and I can still have chocolate.

if i go crazy today i might recall how tasty are all the harmful stuff.

13Its so nice to have someone else tell you "hey chill out of a day, you are beautiful!" Even when trying to better yourself it is so important to just take a break! It helps so much to keep everything in perspective!
14I don't "diet", I just eat healthy most of the time and I allow myself a treat now and then. So I don't think I'm going to go hog-wild today or anything, but I will allow myself a treat or something today.
15I think people miss the point of no diet day. It isn't a cheat day or permission to eat more for a day, to go without guilt for one day. No diet day is used to promote body acceptance and listening to your body and fufilling your body's needs. The day is suppose to bring awareness to eating disorders and body image problems--both of which are associated with dieting.
16i love my Weight Watchers...no dieting, but great results!
