Napping is not just for the little people under three-years-old. Nope; it is good for everyone. A 30-minute snooze can reduce stress and might even make you more productive. Though I rarely have a chance to lie down in the afternoon and take a power nap, I would love to. How about you . . .

I never nap! When I go to my sister's house they ALL nap!! That makes me so bored so I drink tea I don't like people who nap, my bf naps too.
1How I long for the days of college when I scheduled my classes so I could have an afternoon nap!
2I almost never nap, but ocassionally do. Even 10 minutes of sleep makes a difference!
3Used to love to nap in college... oh the good ol days... Now though, if I napped, even on the weekends, I probably wouldnt wake up for hours and it would throw my whole internal body clock off!
4i have to nap...when i come home i feel so tired, i have to lay down and close my eyes. afterwards i feel really refreshed, i don't want to miss it
5I always try to on hungover Saturday afternoons but it never works out. I usually just end up getting engaged in what I was using to put me to sleep.
6only time i nap is when i'm sick or if i was up alot during the night before. otherwise i feel like i'm wasteing the day away if i nap.
7I wish I could nap more often.
8I love to nap... sometimes on a slow day I'll go to the car during my lunch hour and take a quick 15 min nap
) wake up feeling totally rejuvenated... I have to give my college roommate credit for my love of napping - every afternoon when she'd return to the dorm we'd both
take a nap right before dinner... then go on with our typical college life
)
Happy napping!!!
9Napping is hard for me, I always want to go into full on sleep, so I don't do it very often, but soemtimes I just Need it!
10I'd like to create company that has required nap time... there would be a room with hammocks, and every day after lunch people can and must nap for 30 min to an hour... or at least ten minutes... everyone would be refreshed and ready for the afternoon's work
11I love naptime! Many times I come home from work at 5pm and take a nap before dinner time, especially when my boyfriend works until 9pm. That way I can stay up a little later than normal and spend time with him. Besides, napping keeps me from snacking before dinner.
12I usually tend to nap when I've gotten up really early and I have a lazy afternoon, but sometimes it makes me groggier than if I'd just stayed up.
13Almost everyday. It usually happens while I'm studying in the mid afternoon. I fall asleep with the book on my chest. It sucks, but I really can't fight it!
14I love napping and really do think it makes me more productive for the rest of the day.
15I never use to!
Espeically on the weekends
16In Europe it was hard because people take seistas and I would just lay in bed. But my now boyfriend is trying to teach to relax a bit more.
So sometimes we do take naps and it's really nice
almost every day. I'm constantly tired, no matter how much or how little sleep I get.
17I've found that since entering college, I nap ALL the time now.
18Not very often. When I do, I usually wake up feeling like crap.
19naps rock! i wish i had time during the week but i'm go-go-going from about 6:30 am to 8pm. it's worse now that the sun is out longer! i can't get myself indoors (aside from that pesky desk job all day) until i start to lose light. i'm usually pretty exhausted by the weekends, though, so naps are perfect then.
is anyone else having a hard time adjusting to "spring forward" this year?
i don't get home until 8-ish, which means dinner is at 8:30 (hopefully), and i can't go to bed feeling full, so i'm up until 11 or later. and i'm one of those girls who NEEDS sleep, and lots of it. ugh!
20Only if I'm missing an hour or 2 from my night time sleep. If I've gotten enough sleep at night, it just ends up feeling like overkill.
21I wish!
22When needed I do.
23I have a hard time napping during daylight hours. If I do it is like five minutes, and I have to be sick or exhausted.
24I'm lucky if I get a decent nights sleep without a kid, pet, or snoring husband waking me up. A nap would be great, but there just isn't time. I could fit in more naps, but usually when my daugther naps I exercise and I'm not willing to give that up for the possibility of a few minutes of sleep during the day.
25Only if I'm sick.
26Very rarely, if I am sick I do. I cannot nap, if I do, I cannot fall asleep at night.
27I do love the rare ones my husband occasionally convinces me to take, he naps nearly everyday though!
I wish I cold nap every day! But can only squeeze one in on the weekends and i have to convince my kids to take on too. they sure are resistant to the idea.
28i'm not really a napper. there are times that i fall asleep when i get home from work for about 30 minutes - but that's not very often.
29I nap only on Sundays. I would love to nap everyday; I definitely love my sleep, but there just isn't enough hours in the day.
30I usually can't nap (a lot of times I want to but I physically can't) The only times I nap are when I lack sleep for a couple of days in a row and then I need a nap for the next couple of days along with at least 8 hours at night to get back to normal. The last time I was like this was a week ago during midterms.
31Ah yes im a current university student who loves to nap. Had a couple of very early days this week, so will probably end up having a nap this afternoon. I'm also prone to falling asleep in a warm class when we have a lecturer with a soothing voice- did so yesterday and it was a problem as it was a very important guest lecturer and I felt very very bad!
32I have to be in the mood for a nap. But 30 minutes doesn't do it for me. It usually makes me worse. My body tells me it wants to sleep more because the 30 minutes is just a tease! Lol.
33I could use a nap right now!
34I never nap. My body rejects sleeping in the day time. Evcen with twins babies I could not nap in the day.
35i love to nap! i'd nap everyday if i could. ;o)
36I was just telling myself that I need to take a nap as soon as I get home ( I got very little sleep last night). In college yes almost everyone I knew napped!! But now that I work the 8-5 shift and try to go to the gym as much as possible, napping is rare. If I need it, I do it...but if I don't need it and I still take a nap I can NEVER fall asleep at night! And then I feel like I need a nap the next day! LOL! So, to make a long story short...I nap only when my body says I need one
37~JO~
I take naps once in awhile but I noticed that it either goes one way or the other for me. Sometimes I feel replenished other times I feel drained. But overall a nap really helps me.
38There's no way I could nap during the week. I'd love to work at a job that had a hammock room for naps!! But me and the SO always take Saturday and Sunday afternoon naps. They're my favorite part of the weekend I think.
39I sleep on the train. It's not a real proper sleep though because of all your surroundings and you're always got one eye open to make sure you don't miss your stop!
I always feel more tired afterwards. Like I really could use a proper rest.
40I love naps! I usually take one or two a week. And usually one on Saturday afternoons.
41I nap on the weekends haha. If I do during the week, i can't get to sleep for work the next day!!!! But oh, how glorious it is, when on a Saturday afternoon, I lie down on the couch for a nice little slumber! I always wake up in SUCH a good mood!!!!
42Occasionally here, only when I get REALLY tired.
43Sunday afternoon naps are my favorite!
44never, ever. it throws off my whole sleep schedule, so i hate napping.
45If I did not nap, my whole body starts to ache around 11 pm and I hate that!
46Still can't get over the night person inside me :-S
hehe
