Some of us have a love/hate relationship with running. Although it is the most accessible form of cardio since all you need is shoes, if that, but getting out the door to run can be quite a challenge. Sugar user megmccoy found this video that asks an important question — are you cheating on running?

I'm definitely cheating on running. It's so hard since I've moved to an area where I can't just step out the door and go for a nice run.. I really have to drive a few miles before I can get somewhere decent. If I had a treadmill at home I'd do it way more often.
1I've been cheating on running with weight training. It's awful. Anyway, here is another New Balance LOVE/hate ad. It's funny, too.

2Definate love/hate relationship with running- have just got into it, but there are days when I just cant be bothered making it to the gym, and its not really safe to run around where i live at the moment, especially with winter creeping up fast for us here in the South Island of NZ! Saying that just have a new pair of shiny running shoes, and its amazing the difference they make!
3nice New Balance commercial disguised as a post
4I actually need to cheat on running! It's the only workout I do and I know full well that by not cross-training, my running will never improve. But it is easy and cheap so it's difficult for me to fit anything else into my schedule.
I still don't understand why Pilates is so expensive.
5awww i have definitely been cheating on legit running with inclined treadmill power walks. my darn guilt-inducing shin splints have done it again!
6I've been good
7My husband told me about this commercial a few days ago. It made me wonder, "what are you trying to say..."
8Um...I'll hop right into bed with that SEXY shirtless boy, thankyouverymuch.
