Running on a treadmill inside can be so boring. Wouldn't it be great to take your running workout outside into the fresh air? Well now you can with the Treadmill Bike by Bicycle Forest. You can even make your fresh air treadmill run more challenging and fun by running sideways or backwards.
For $2500 Canadian, I'd probably just buy a pair of running sneaks. What do you think? Is this Treadmill Bike for real?

Um, is there a point to this? If you want to run outside, why not just run - why take the treadmill outside? I'll admit I prefer running on a treadmill because it is in an air conditioned gym, as opposed to being outside in the heat, but I am still capable of running outside -- are there people who for some reason cannot run on pavement and are only able to run on a treadmill?
1Real - but it looks dangerous (people already fall off treadmills, like my friend who suffered friction burns) and also very pointless - walking or running is so much better and fuss-free.
2Crazy! Walk or run using your own 2 legs...
3I think it looks silly. What is the point?
4Pretty sure it's intended to be a joke, i mean... sheez.
5def joke.. i think?
6Yes - it's hilarious! I think it's trying to get people to get off the treadmill and out into the fresh air. So funny!
7That's so silly! It was even crazier when they started talking about putting some 'bling bling' on it! LOL
8the only benefit I can think of would be if it has more 'give' than the ground, thereby reducing the probability of shin splints and stress fractures...but it looks pretty ridiculous and inefficient (can't use your arms to propel you), plus, it makes you have bad form... so yeah, its pretty stupid.
