It is easy to fall off the healthy wagon on the weekends. I have a simple, but effective way to get yourself back on track come Monday morning.
Pack you gym bag Sunday night and leave it by the door. This way instead of trying to convince yourself that you should just stay in bed Monday morning and press snooze a thousand times, you can tell yourself that you are packed and ready to go. I imagine my gym bag is like a dog wanting, begging to go out for a walk. The packed gym bag might not bark, but since everything is set and ready to go, the arguments to stay in bed will start to weaken.
So pack it up and now that your plan is set, you are ready to take on the upcoming week after you get a good workout in first!

i do this every night!
another great trick is to sleep in your sports bra...they are such a pain to get off that it's easier to leave 'em on, throw on your outfit, grab your packed bag & go!
1I just come home and change first.
2he he he this is what I do on days I am going to the gym. In fact it saves time to pack the night before.
3omg gilfill that is SUCH A GOOD IDEA because that is one of the main like, hates i have, it takes so long to do !!!
4Ha, I sleep in my sports bra too! I also make sure my workout clothes are ready to go and my shoes are out so I don't have an excuse to NOT work out on Monday morning.
5hahaha I totally sleep in my sports bra too!! Now I don't feel so weird
6WOW! I cannot believe that so many of you sleep in sports bras! Although, it seems like a great time saver it sounds so uncomfortable. More power to you all!
7considering i need to be at work for 7am, there's no way i can wake up at 5 to go so i bring my clothes with me and change at work (or at the very least, keep my gym bag in my car). holy run on sentence batman! on the weekends, i'm a nerd and go to sleep in my gym clothes (haha, enjoying this while the boyfriend is away...workout clothes don't really do anything for him--joking!)
8I also do this every night
9yeah - my sports bra is way too tight to sleep in! i like zero jiggle!!
such a great tip that i try to follow myself.
my own routine is to travel to work in my gym gear - work out at the gym near work then shower and change there. i've gotten used to feeling fresh and clean when i arrive at work rather than smelling like a london train!
i think it is key to convince yourself that it is easier to go to gym than skip it.
