For those of you who can't force yourself into something like this, try this DVD. It's a bellydance DVD, but it is also an excellent workout centered on building strength in your core as well as tone in your arms and shoulders. Don't worry, it's not strictly a 'dance DVD'. I've been using it for a few weeks and totally see and feel the difference!
