The beauty of Spring is a double edged sword. Everything is gorgeous and in bloom, but the pollen count is soaring! When the weather is dry and breezy allergens abound! Sneezing and biking seems a dangerous combination under those conditions. So what I want to know is . . .

Yes, they are keeping me indoors and I hate it! I only go out for a run after the rain, when the air is a little better.
1It's not allergies keeping me indoors. It's supposed to be 100 tomorrow. I can't run when it's that hot. Damn desert!
2yes. I developed allergy-induced asthma in high school. I can run fine outside at home, presumably because I grew up with that type of pollen. At college, I'm SUPER allergic to the type of pollen here.
3It's been rough
4i feel it makes me lose my zone when all of a sudden i have to sneeze like three times consecutively. but it hasn't stopped me from working out outdoors..the days have been beautiful and i just love being outdoors, so i just bring a couple sheets of tissue.
I live in the far northeast so we're just finally getting rid of the last of the snow. The allergens aren't out yet for me.
5I love to be outside but when it comes to exercising I have allergies, so it's inside for me with yoga and my treadmill.
6I don't get allergies from working out outside, but I'm seriously pissed about the weather here. It was SNOWING today. Yes, in APRIL.
7it was 40 degrees today, totally windy and i think it hailed earlier, so i'm staying in for different reasons.
8i do both. i work out hard core at the gym so i can get my energy out. then i go on nice long walks with my boyfriend during the day or at sunset. then i get the best of both.
9Working out actually helps my sinuses... weird.
10It's a bummer because allergies hit when the weather is nice - and by the time mine mellow out its too hot to exercise outside. I do like walks, though, any time but winter.
11Nope thank God!
