I have done really well the last few months avoiding these mistakes. Definitely still meal planning & rarely eating out.
And, case in point, tonight I am getting together with some friends, but I made the time late enough that I can eat dinner at home. At first, I figured I would have to skip the gym today, but
I decided I should have enough time for a quick jog in the neighborhood, so I really won't be putting myself back too far.
-Eating Out Too Often
-Avoiding Even the Lightest Activity
-Not Making Time For Exercise
-Never Saying "No" to Sweets
-Eating When You're Not Hungry
-Saying Yes to Seconds
-Skipping Meals

I'm pretty bad about exercise and eating at social events even if I'm not hungry. Luckily, my budget doesn't permit me to eat out too often!
