Hey all -
How's it going with the 4 minute ab workout? I've been questioning folks here to see what they think and they have noticed a couple of things.
First - The exercises have gotten a little bit easier.
Second - They do feel like their belly's are getting more toned.
Third - A couple of test case volunteers really hate the hip ups, but I love them so so all I can say is learn to love them too.
Please write in and tell me what you think and how your body feels.

I definelty need to step up my abs routine. At this point it doesnt exist. The ironic thing is the only part of my body that needs to be trimmed down is my flabby gut and I imagine ab exercises will do the trick.
If I only had a work out partner to remind me to do abs each time I'm at the gym.....
1I work out everyday.
2The hip ups are hard; I haven't mastered them yet, but I'm trying. I do feel more toned and I do love these videos.
3my coach makes us do hip ups! they are so hard at first... He's disgustingly inshape and makes them look effortless, but don't feel bad if you don't feel like you can do it at first... but yeah they really work
4I did this video for three days and loved it! Then I fell off the wagon, but plan to get back on tonight!
