Apple cider vinegar, though it smells pretty nasty, is quite rich in minerals, vitamins and other healthy substances. It contains vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin, A, vitamin P, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6. It also has a lot of beneficial minerals like magnesium, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, sulphur, copper, phosphorus, silicon, chlorine and fluorine.

Because of all that, it has many amazing uses. Here are a few:

1. Ingesting it (1 tsp added to a glass of water) can help with asthma, as well as applying pads soaked in it to the inside of your wrists.

2. Soaking a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and placing it on a wart with medical tape can help get rid of that wart quickly and naturally.

3. It can also be used to prevent and cure yeast infections - Some woman douche with it, and others add apple cider vinegar to a warm bath.

4. When you feel a cold coming on, taking apple cider vinegar can re-balance the acid level of your body helping you fight the cold.

5. Constipated? The pectin in apple cider vinegar contains fiber to help move things along.

it's also good for acne and blackheads. use it just like toner after you wash your face. you may need to dilute it a bit if it's too strong for your skin.

Use it to flush out a fever:

    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    lemon

Heat it up over a stove. Sip it while under the covers. Stay covered for at least 3 hours (take a nap).

the particular brand shown in the picture above is VERY strong. I have it at home and WOW, it packs a punch.

It's also said to help with heartburn and acid reflux but honestly, when you have heartburn the last you want is vinegar...yuck.

But in a good i read it said that if you take a little every day it helps with so many bodily functions...cleans out your system. Back in the day, they used it as a system cleanser...

LOL I have another one! It can be used to clean mouthguards/retainers. (as can regular white vinegar!) When my aunt first told me this, I was skeptical. But you just put some in a glass, drop in the retainer, and let it sit for a while. Then, rise it really well with warm water and BAM...clean! And it doesn't taste funny either!

A little late to post, but it can also be used to kill dandelions. Just pour (undiluted) onto dandelions on a sunny day and they dry up. This will also kill anything around the dandelion, but after a few rains, brush away the dried up dandelion and you're ready to plant again.

I used the # 2 the attaching a soaking a cotton ball on a corn on my foot. Well before the rough patch of skin formed into a corn. I left it on over night and when I woke up the skin around it was wrinkled and lighter in color? Did I damage the healthy skin? To me the skin reminds me of a mild burn victim. I hope the surrounding skin goes back to normal. Will it?
