Tea, ya know I love a good "cuppa." I am wondering if you do too? Earlier I told you about the free samples from Yogi tea, but I know there are so many teas out there that I have yet to try. So let's go Fit Finding for some tea. Any kinds of tea, be it green, black, white, red, herbal - I am interested in all kinds.
Be sure to "tag: your finds with the phrase "tea to try."

Fit, the tea I wanted to share with you all is not available online so I'll just post it here.
1It's Trader Joe's Pomegranate White Tea. Made with organic white tea leaves, hibiscus flowers and lemongrass. I've been drinking these instead of diet coke. This tea has less caffeine than green tea, but more antioxidants! It has a light, sweet and delicate taste.
The Rooibus (red) tea from Teavana is divine!
2I hear green is very high in antioxidants, but white tea is excellent in fighting off viruses. I haven't heard much about the benefits in the other color teas. I love tea so much though, right up there with fruit juice! But I know tea has fewer calories.
3I love my black tea with a little sugar and milk- I dont care that it counter acts the good benefits of tea. Nothing you say will ever change that habit for me!!!!!!!!
While I love the regular orange poeke black tea I love a good English Breakfast. Im not a big fan of
special flavor teas...usually
