OK so maybe you guys weren't totally excited about the free Metamucil I posted about recently, but this may get your heart pumping a little more.
Pfizer's new My Heart Now Program, which strives to educate the public on heart disease, is giving away FREE pedometers! All you have to do is fill out a short survey (it's really short, it took me under a minute to do) and they'll send you a pedometer. Visit the My Heart Now site to get your pedometer!

2I love my pedometer. I have a personal contest with myself and write down how many steps I've taken each day. Yeah, I'm a dork. But at least I get my 10,000 steps a day.

9I had the crappy micky d's pedometer too! I wonder what made us all this that fatty mcfatterson mcdonalds could provide us with such a fabulous health tool! Anywho, can't wait to get this pedometer... here's to hoping it works well! (but what can ya expect for FREE!)
