With all these studies on the health benefits of coffee, juices (especially antioxidant juices), and tea (especially green tea), we have some healthy choices in the morning. Me, I typically stick to my morning cup of green tea . . . though I do enjoy the occasional cup of coffee. What about you?

2-3 cups every morning...it's my only indulgence except for the occasional dessert so I figure I'm ok. I use lite creamer and splenda in it.
