With all these studies on the health benefits of coffee, juices (especially antioxidant juices), and tea (especially green tea), we have some healthy choices in the morning. Me, I typically stick to my morning cup of green tea . . . though I do enjoy the occasional cup of coffee. What about you?

2-3 cups every morning...it's my only indulgence except for the occasional dessert so I figure I'm ok. I use lite creamer and splenda in it.
1I really look forward to my morning coffee. Sometimes I'll have tea though, and save my coffee for the afternoon. It just depends on what my plans are for the day.
2I love the morning ritual of coffee, but I follow it closely with water and drink about 4-5 liters throughout the rest of the day.

4Nothing like a good cup of orange juice in the morning. It's good for me, has calcium, and taste better with my breakfast.
5Water then tea I tend to back off of the tea completely around the time of my dental cleanings though... so vain.

7Hot chocolate (made with milk) in the winter, but just milk in the summer.
8I love tea. I like coffee but due to the fact that it stains my teeth! I've cut back on them, so I dont drink either as often anymore.
9I am off the java for now and making tea every morning. Then I drink water the next few hours.
10I drink hot cups of orange spice green tea in the mornings, but there've been days were I've grabbed a Coke Zero on the way out the door (helped my hangovers/wakes me up more than tea). I guess I get that from my mom--she used to drink Diet Coke with breakfast. Ick

13Must. have. coffee. In the mornings at least, I usually have a cup or two with hot soymilk, but like silly3 above I'm careful to drink lots of water after and throughout the day. I don't like black tea, and drink green/herbal tinctures at work.
14if it's during the week then it's either fat free/sugar free hot cocoa but if it's during the weekend, then i'm a coffee girl. that's really the only time that i drink coffee

16i've been sticking with drinking nothing but water all day, but i do have some vanilla soymilk with my cereal.

I've switched from a morning cup of coffee, to 2-3 cups of green tea (go antioxidants!). I actually really like this routine better, the coffee just wasn't treating me right anymore.
Though I do still get an occasional fat free latte on the weekends.

20i drink a sick amount of coffee in the mornings...either black or with a splash of 2%. no sugar, usually. decaf tea at night or after around 3.

27I have to have my cup of coffee every morning. I get headaches if I don't - which I know is bad, but I love the taste and the kick it gives me on dull work days. I usually only have one cup, but will grab another cup if I really need the boost. I drink a good bit of water every morning too.
28I have water. I need hydration when I wake up and coffee would only dehydrate. And I'm not much of a coffee drinker anyway.
29I mostly drink water and herbal tea but I have a soy latte about 3 mornings a week, it depends on how I feel.

31I pretty much drink green tea all day long (although, I do sometimes have black tea if it is in the house). I'm glad it has health benefits, but I'm really drinking it because I like it!
32I'm addicted. I really think Starbucks sprinkles a little crack in the grounds before making your drink!
33one skinny vanilla latte a week, usually a friday treat. 1 diet coke all other days. it's not very good for you, but a hell of a lot less expensive!
34Loads of water before & during breakfast. Then 2 cans of Diet Coke for dessert.

38Green tea and water are pretty much the only things I drink on a daily basis. Some kombucha and carrot juice thrown in here and there.
39I can't help it. I love coffee. I love the way it smells, I love the way it tastes. If i can keep my morning intake to one or two cups, I feel ok.
40I'm really a coffee drinker, but at work the coffee is so bad that I drink tea and have the coffee at home on weekends.
