Working out means sweating and sweating means dirty clothes. What are the chances you are going to want to workout Monday morning if all your workout wear is still stinky from the week before? I'd say the chances are low.
Take time tonight to wash those sweaty sweats so they will be ready for your workout tomorrow and for the rest of the week. If you exercise in the morning, go ahead and lay out your outfit the night before – heart rate monitor, iPod and all. You can roll out of bed, get dressed, have a bite to eat, and get to the business of exercising early morning style. If a morning workout is not your scene, pack your gym bag tonight, put it by the door and eliminate the excuse that you forgot your bag.

Shouldn't you wash your workout clothes EVERY time you wear them instead of just on the weekend?
1I have a separate laundry bag on the back of my closet door specifically for my workout clothes. That way when it's full I know it's one load and I can just throw it in the wash and dryer and be done with it. No sorting necessary! Plus, my sweaty clothes don't get mixed in with my everyday clothes.
2Wash! Wash! Wash!
3Oh my gosh...i wash them almost immediately after i wear them. I dont have many options of clothes to wear to the gym, so what i do have gets washed often. As it should!
4I wash mine after every wearing...this is why I have so many workout clothes! I probably have enough to wear a new set every day of the week.
5love my morning workouts!
6Bingo!! i used to not wash clothes after workouts, but since i go to the gym often, i need a new fresh set of clothes every week and everyday....wash it as soon as soon as i am home!
