Sometimes I feel like Kashi's number one fan because I love (and eat) their food so much. Their GoLean and GoLean Crunch cereals have been staples in my pantry for a while now (even my girls love them), so I was itching to try something new. I picked up a box of Autumn Wheat.
Want to know what I thought and see how it compares to my other two favorite Kashi cereals? Then read more.
Here's the nutritional info of one cup of cereal.

This cereal was really satisfying, and I liked how the squares were bite sized. It had a warm sweet flavor and I liked how it soaked up my milk and was chewy. I had to eat this cereal right away though, because if it sits too long it becomes very mushy.
Now that I see how it compared to the other two Kashi cereals, it's definitely not as healthy. It does have no sodium so that's a plus, but it also has much less fiber and protein. Since I loved the taste and consistency of this Autumn Wheat cereal, I'll definitely buy it again, but I'll mix it with GoLean to get a little extra protein and fiber. |

I like to eat Autumn Wheat right out of the box for a snack.
