I have a confession to make. Somewhere in between American Idol and Top Chef, I ate an entire sleeve of Thin Mints on Wednesday night. All this preaching about moderation and I completely fell off the wagon. I do feel better after coming clean, but I just wanted to get it out so I could move on as well as let you know that it happens — even to the best of us. Nothing a few workouts won't fix, right?

My roommate made brownies for my other roommate on her birthday, and so far I've had about 4 or 5 of them!
1I ate a cupcake in an ice cream cone yesterday when they were at work.
2Wow I have been good...I will confess monday though.
3i might have skipped dinner, but i snacked right through the end of school to when i went to sleep. =(
4I'm impressed. It took me two nights to get through one sleeve of Thin Mints.
5I bought a package of these delicious cookies to savour over the next week. They're more expensive, and you only get about 5, so I thought they would be a nice treat. Well, I bought them yesterday and they are gone now
6Last night I ate what we call here in Rochester NY a
7Garbage Plate...it is two cheeseburgers(no bun) on top of home fries macaroni salad with hot sauce, onions, and ketchup....I ate the whole thing! I wont need to eat again for a week.
Wednesday must have been a bad night since I ate a ton of those little reeses peanut butter eggs I had bought for my boyfriends easter basket! Now I need to go get him some more candy, oops.
8I think mentally I need a day every-once-in-a-while when I splurge! I'm at the gym around 7 hours a week, so, I gotta let myself indulge sometimes! That being said- last Sunday, I had a bowl of ice cream and a brownie- after lunch AND dinner.
9I am so hungry today that I am very sure I'll be eating bad food this evening. I have been too good this week.... I'm confessing my plans to order pizza and eat it all.
10I just had some fast food chicken nuggets and I had a big cookie from startbucks last night! I also had a big cookie Saturday night.
11I bought a bag of Robins Eggs (giant Whoppers!) and my husband and I got through the entire bag of candy in two days. He claims its ok because you can only buy them once a year, but there were 10 servings in that sucker! Yikes!
12Jeez, all this is doing is making me want to east everything in sight haha
13I've been decent lately, but I made cupcakes on monday. I didn't eat any of them, but I licked the bowl, spoon and beaters clean. Probably equal to more than one cupcake. And these were serious cupcakes, buttermilk, eggs, tons of chocolate. soooo good
I've been snacking on chips every night this past week...ugh. I think I gained a pound.
14Work is my downfall right now... since my boss the health nazi is out of town, so everyone is bringing in treats non stop.
Yesterday I had ice cream... TWICE.
This morning my breakfast consisted of sprouted grain bread, natural peanut butter, an apple, green tea... and a doughnut.
FAIL.
15Last night I had too many beers and then decided it would be a great idea to eat a garbage plate (you're not alone cmachter1). Normally if I ever get one (like, onnnnnce a year) I share. I followed the plate with a plate of onion rings.
Ew
Off to the gym I guess.
16I eat stuff that's supposed to go on stuff instead of the stuff itself. For instance, I realized I ate all the tortilla chips just to get to the salsa, so I started eating salsa out of a jar. It's embarrassing... because when I ran out of salsa, I started in on the tomato sauce.
17Lemon creme filled girl scout cookies.....they were so good I mindlessly ate an ENTIRE BOX!!! All in one sitting. I've forgiven myself though. I eat well most of the time and I workout most days of the week. A slip up here and there is ok, just as long as it doesn't become a (bad) habit.

mainly, i don't work out. i have all these
tapes and weights and things, but i put it off which is dumb. i eat fine, but the working out thing is where i lack. i think its cuz my mom looks great for her age, and she never works out
either... :/
19Last night I went out to eat at a fancy Italian place and instead of ordering my usual - appetizer size of pasta, plus a large salad, I ordered an entree of pasta carbonara. It was so good, and I ate all of it. There were big chunks of pancetta, mushrooms and fresh pasta in a cream sauce. I CANNOT believe I ate cream sauce! But I've decided life is all about balance, and I'm going to eat very healthfully today. And between us, I think it was worth it!
20i made a lasanga for me and my boyfriend and have eaten it every day for lunch the whole week. i love this post!
21I hear you, klandrach -- I got a bunch of candy for my little brother's Easter basket and ate most of it in one day. Plus I was so stuffed on candy I pretty much skipped any kind of nutritious food for dinner that night. Oops.
22I like this confessional thing. It helps me realize I'm not the only one who needs to pig out every now and then. My office hosted breakfast this morning and I had a bagel, a bunch of munchkins, and a piece of danish!
23Night before last i ate a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream at around 9:30pm...which is not only bad for me...but too late to be eating something that unhealthy. I'm just glad that the ice cream is gone now!! (it was left over from my sons birthday party)
24well i was really bad this week and i think i can put a lot of you to shame haha-- i made an informed decision to throw my diet to the wind this past tues and wed and with a friend went to stop and shop and bought the place out-- in those two days alone i ate an entire pint of (albeit lowfat) ben&jerrys, an entire box of tag-alongs (damn girl scouts) a honeybun (friggin thing had like 600 calories) and a cheese danish... not to mention alot of easter candy. despite the fact that i knew exactly what i was doing, needless to say i felt like crap afterwards, and wont be thinking thats such a good idea anytime in the near future

26Work conference this week... I ate like a pig. So much good food and drink!
27perfect timing. i seriously went berserk last night, probably due to some guy trouble. i kept going to the kitchen and managed to eat half a pint of chocolate ice cream, two microwave meals, a handful of almonds, and 1/4 sleeve of goat cheese. gah! so not healthy. i woke up feeling like i had lead in my stomach.
28Thin mints are the most evil things on the planet! They have this magic power to make you eat the entire box, then hunt down the nearest troop of Girl Scouts so you can repeat the whole process again. But they are SOO good! And it's okay Fit, it happens to the best of us.
29I haven't been able to get back on the healthy eating bandwagon for two weeks. Now I'm sick and I'm back to comfort foods...
30I had two wisdom teeth removed on Monday, so all week I've been eating ice-cream, cheesecake, mashed potatoes, rice porridge, pudding, and Jello. I haven't worked out since Sunday aside from light strength training. Since the weather is gorgeous today, I definitely plan on running!
Even before I had my wisdom teeth removed, I've been eating bagels uncontrollably. I seriously had 4 types of cheese bagels on Sunday. I'm slightly embarassed to admit that isn't first time I've gone beserk for bagels.
31I often find that when I have a food craving and can't fill it, it leads to another one! I had my mind set on eating a certain sandwich yesterday from a local sandwich shop, and it turned out I got too busy to go. So then I was craving sweets so badly! I got a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. Those things are pretty damn good.
32This makes me feel so much better. I ran 5 miles yesterday and felt great. Then after dinner felt the crazy urge to eat a handful of licorice, 3 little candy bars and then 1/2 of ice cream.
I felt like an idiot, like all the hard work earlier the day was for nothing, but at least that 5 mile run cancelled out the calories in that splurge.
33life of a college student:
a hot pocket, two slices of garlic bread, and three slices of pizza were all i had yesterday.
the rest of the time i was asleep...or playing ps3 with the boyfriend.
but i'm going to go out and run now!
34I only allow myself to eat fast food once a month... and i've eaten it 3 times this month!!!
35wow perfect timing, fit. apparently this week was messy for everyone...i was in nashville a few days ago. one dinner, i had a salad with a ginger soy vinaigrette AND a pasta slathered with pesto, olive oil, and a tomato sauce. THEN i went to a cupcake bar with a friend and ate a chocolate cupcake piled up with vanilla icing. but ive been good since!!! and i followed it with a 35 minute run. still, though, i'd been SO GOOD for ages before, so it was tough to have ruined that, but i'm planning on being god for quite some time.

37I have been working out religiously for the past month because I leave for spring break on sunday, but last night, I decided to have a glass of wine, followed by the rest of the bottle. Yikes. I felt pretty awful this morning, not to mention bloated as hell. Damn the wine.
38I havent worked out for a week and a half...and have been eating pretty bad. Today I've gotten back on track though! Whew.
39by the way, this confessional is a great idea!
40I did absolutely no exercise what-so-ever yesterday. Moreover I just stayed in bed all day. I was too exhausted.
41I had unhealthy Mexican food AND Cold Stone ice cream in one day on tuesday night. =/
42I had a bagel for lunch yesterday, and then half a peanut butter sandwich for dinner
43so many carbs!
I've been drinking more diet soda this week than I should be AND my husband brought home some gummy peach rings from the store and I've already eaten a ton of them (he KNOWS they're my favorite candy!). Good thing I worked out today and plan on working out tomorrow!
44ice cream and way too many peeps. i wish they'd go away!!! they're everywhere in every store and whenever i see them i can't stop thinking about them till i eat at least a row! good thing Easter is Sunday so those peeps will go away soon...
45I love you a little more for confessing on the thin mints, fit! i love cookies. One thing I need to stop doing is drinking a glass or two of wine, getting my guard down, then overeating on my meal. Or oversnacking. I really need to tone that down.
46i bought some oranges at he market today, but they turned out to be wild... with all this seeds. and dry as well, basicly, they were not eatable. so i was left hungry and i didn't have anything else, so a made myself some mac and cheese, and was cursing myself afterwards.
47My boyfriend was in town for his spring break last week. We went to 7-11 and bought Reeses (2 kinds), Twix, 3 Musketeers, Hostess Doughnuts/Twinkies/Cupcakes and a huge bag of Spicy Cheetos Chester Fries... probably about 3,500 calories for the whole lot.
Ate it all in 2 hours around 1 AM in the morning.
Not to mention that we had In-n-Out 4 days in a row.
48I feel better about my Poptarts, chocolate, and Chef Boyardee now that I read everyone's posts. Great column, I feel much better!
Now I just need to hit the gym tomorrow = )
49Oh, Rochester New York and Garbage Plates, how I miss thee! I haven't had a garbage plate in a year now, I wish I never graduated and left!
50However, last week I was in Disney with the family. We ate out every. single. meal. No doubt I ate a bunch of crap and gained two pounds, but hopefully now I'm back on my usual eating schedule and working out, I'll get those 2 pounds off and lose more while I'm at it!
