Research has found that most people who make a New Year's resolution end up getting off track after just under 80 days, which happens to be in the middle of March (the 18th of March, to be specific). So naturally I am curious about all you guys, are you still following your New Year's resolutions or did you already get off track, and when?

on my way to the gym right now!
1Well I started jan 07... ploughed on until november when went off track. Got back on track january, went off track mid february and been back on track for almost a week now... but heh it's not the falling down its the getting back up that counts right!
2I said I would stop picking my lips and it's darn near impossible. If I don't use my hands, I wind up using my teeth. So I can keep my hand occupied, but kinda hard to keep my teeth occupied all day without gaining 80 pounds. My lips are so used to it to that if I don't pick they peel. I can't win.
3i was so on track that i inadvertently lost too much weight, so i'm off track, per my doctor's advice. whoops.
4ive been on track since jan 07, fell off during June got back on late July and been there eva since!
5this is the first year I've actually done really well. I started trying to do better in Dec. and I've lost 17 lbs since then. I go to the gym like 6 days a week and have been training for a 5K in May. Things are good!
6I was eating super healthy and lost all the weight I gained in 06 through Jan/Feb... and then tanked these last couple of weeks and ate like a crazy person. I was sick, and tired, and just insane... but I'm back on the healthy eating train and hope that I can keep it up and start focusing on the exercise aspect of things.
7started october 2007 and have lost over 20 lbs since. still have 10-15 to go!
8i'm on track, actually. yesterday i got a little bit off (easter and all) and one time last week while on vacation i had a huge cupcake, but other than that i've been good.
9I am still doing better then ever!
10I had a few new years resloutions and I have already FINISHED one! Still got a bit more to complete, but I am doign pretty good
Pffft!
11I'm on track with my fitness-related resolutions, but I can't say the same for all my other ones (get rid of all my unread magazines once a month? um, no.)
12Still on track! Thankfully I joined a 12 week challenge at my gym so that has been pushing me even more.
13started January 1, its been a huge struggle and I couldn't exercise for about 3 weeks due to slicing my foot open, but that was kind of a not my fault setback. Still walking a mile a day! Still losing weight...although VERY slowly, which drives me crazy!!
14I'm doing great so far....i started off by just planning on hitting the gym atleast once a week and then early last month went to two days a week and now im at 3 days a week and seeing and feeling results!! Its awesome! I have never felt better and im looking better every day. Yeah...there are days i "fall off track" per se...but i dont get down on myself for it and i just hop right back on track and continue on. No reason to give up completely!!
15somewhat on track, but maybe have gained a little bit in the last few weeks. nothing major, i was down about 10 lbs. and maybe have put back 1-2, but hard to tell with how much weight fluctuates day to day.
on my way home after easter brunch, i forced myself outside for a 30 minute jog (the Y was closed for the holiday) yesterday because i felt i really could use the cardio.
looking forward to gym session tonight, counting down my minutes to leave work & head home to change.
16I never really got started on my resolutions. I started up again yesterday which turned into today.
17Yes, I'm rougly still on track! I've had my Easter break, two weeks at my mum's. Meaning I'm not even in the same country as my gym, where I have a PT-organised program to follow, it's been harder. But I am soldiering on and the whole point of it is to not just think "I did something wrong so I might as well quit" but to think of it as human, and get back up again.
And actually, three months has totally changed my attitude to health and exercise. I actually really miss my gym. Never thought I'd be longing for the treadmill! But it feels really positive to have developed my need for exercise, so that I feel withdrawal when I haven't been in a while.
Still, my mum has a "professional" crosstrainer (gym standard), dumbbells etc. so I've been getting quite a good workout anyway!
18I'm still on track with my health, but my organization resolution has fallen by the wayside. I had planned to be sure to sort through all my junk mail and shred anything that I didn't need, but that's kinda not happening. I have managed to cut back on my soda and candy intake, so I'm feeling pretty good about things so far.
19still on track with my resolutions, at least as far as being aware of them and working toward them; I haven't been entirely successful in the actually getting them done part, but at least I'm still hanging in there working on them, so I'm counting that!
20Still on track, but then again getting healthier wasn't specifically a New Year's resolution.
21I haven't been to the gym since March started and one of my resolutions is to keep at it, sigh. Things just got so busy and I went out of town a few times. I hope to get back on track soon!
22i don't make new years resolutions
23I didn't fall off track, I was knocked off track by pneumonia
Four weeks later, I am FINALLY
back! I actually missed being able to run and looked forward to the time when I could run again.
24mmm I cheat sometimes but not totally off track, still on
