Coffee doesn't have a stellar reputation, but like many things in moderation, your daily cup of joe doesn't deserve such a bad rap. Not only does it perk you up, but it may also help improve your memory and decrease your risk of liver cancer.
A cup of brewed coffee is pretty much calorie-free, but some of the fancier concoctions can be tougher to navigate. Test your caffeinated calorie knowledge by taking my quiz.

Sweet, 3/3. Love my coffee =)
13/3...I'm a coffee fiend. x)
2I hate coffee...
3I wasn't sure about the soy difference since I don't drink it. It's just skim for me...
4I just know i love coffee, nothing else...
5wait I'm confused, it says
"A 12-ounce cappuccino with nonfat milk has just 60 calories, while a latte of the same size has about 100 calories."
and I put "small cappuccino" as my as my answer and it says the correct answer is "small latte".
someone explain?
6oh wait...lol, i get it now. what has MORE calories. duh.
7what about light soy? I like the Silk light soy- dairy and I are not the best of friends.
8I really wish Starbucks etc. would have light soy options. I always get my coffee with soy because I'm a strict dairy-free vegetarian, but I think most people are under the guise that the soy drinks have less calories/fat.
9nuts once again, go w/your first answer...got 1/3, woulda been 2/3 but you can't go back and change them!
10I agree with you there jasmint- I would love for starbucks to have the light soy. Right now I am trying to cut back on spending and making my own lattes - they don't taste quite the same but at least I can get light soy, I prefer the vanilla.
113/3, yes!
